  • We are looking to book another drum teacher to ease the load on Mr Wyer.

If you are interested, please see Mrs Glover as soon as possible as we need substantial numbers in order to get an extra instrumental teacher from the County Music Service.

  • CONGRATULATIONS Chloe Blackwell!!

For many weeks we had to put up with Chloe moaning in the department as she waited for the golden envelope to fall through her letterbox. However she didn’t need to worry as Chloe has passed an audition and will be leaving us to attend the prestigious BRIT SCHOOL OF PERFORMING ARTS in Croydon.

All the best Chloe…. Just remember us when you’re rich and famous.

  • As usual, the music department is very busy. Never a moment of silence!!! A number of new and promising rock bands are being formed and the visiting instrumental teachers are doing a fantastic job - many thanks.
  • This term saw many students being involved in the school production of Jesus Christ Superstar. A MASSIVE thank-you to everyone involved, you did us proud. Many of you will have noticed that our leader Miss Ball has been absent for some time. Unfortunately, due to health problems she is unable to be with us. We will keep you up to date on her progress. Get well soon Miss Ball.
