A delegation of 24 teachers from Polesworth’s partner Bibo Middle
School in Shenzhen, headed by Deputy Head Mr Shi Sheng, visited the
school as part of their European tour.Whilst they were here they had a
tour of the school, observed lessons and were entertained by the
Kangaroos.
Pupils who earned their Asset Languages qualification for Mandarin
Chinese whilst on an immersion course in Beijing, China last summer,
were presented with their certificates by Mr Shi.
The teachers thoroughly enjoyed themselves and enjoyed meeting
Polesworth pupils. The occasion was commemorated by the presentation of
a crystal trophy by Mr Clarke to Mr Shi.
